A single connected device may take very little time, while troubleshooting an existing system can require more investigation. The pricing therefore stays straightforward.
Travel within Valencia + first hour of work.
Additional labour after the first hour.
Devices, parts and additional equipment are charged separately when needed.

Yes. Suitable consumer cameras and video doorbells can be installed, connected to the network and configured for app access and notifications.
Can you install equipment I have already bought?
Yes. Send the brand and model first so I can check what is required and whether the device fits the intended setup.
Can you help if a smart device keeps disconnecting?
Yes. Wi-Fi coverage, network configuration, power, device settings and app configuration can all be investigated.
Can I receive alerts when I am away from the property?
Where supported by the device or platform, remote alerts, status and app access can be configured and tested.
Can devices from different brands work together?
Sometimes. Compatibility depends on the devices, apps, hubs and platforms involved. I can review an existing setup and explain the practical options.
Is this an alarm monitoring or private-security service?
No. This service covers installation, setup and technical troubleshooting of suitable connected consumer devices. It is not an alarm receiving centre or private-security service.
