I check the practical condition of the property, test what can reasonably be tested during the viewing and look for warning signs that deserve a closer look.

Yes. Scheduled property-inspection visits are available across Costa Blanca North. Travel cost is confirmed before the appointment.

Can you join me during the property viewing?
Yes. That is the main idea of the service. I join the viewing, inspect the property while you are there and we can discuss the findings privately afterwards.
